Speaker Ninja started as MyInternetNinja, a virtual staffing service. I started it because I was so blessed by having a virtual assistant, I thought others would be too.
After a while, I niched down to public speakers, coaches, and infopreneurs – that’s what I know best, and the market is plenty big enough.
Then I realized further that I was wasting clients’ time by not having a standardized way of doing things, and so I niched down further to do some very specific things – product creation, member-site building and management, email list setup and management, etc.
You know – backoffice stuff for the same market, basically, but we have ‘standard’ ways of doing things now that make everything easier for our clients (and for us!)
Oh.
Me? You really want to know about me? Well, OK. It’s not pretty, though.

Lucky thing, too, because he seems constitutionally incapable of non-procrastination where his own business is concerned. The solution? Work on other folks’ businesses! Gets him going every time.”

“Counting gainful employment and all his business ideas, he’s done about 25 things for a living so far, and doesn’t intend to stop any time soon. He’s finally found that ‘projects’, rather than ‘lifetime careers’, work best for his mental style. Jeremy is the oldest of 5 children, and is very bossy. His siblings are all much better looking than he is, but he doesn’t mind. He is not as smart as he thinks he is-”
